Missing the point of the synodal journey

In April, over 90 bishops sent a ‘fraternal open letter’ to their fellow bishops in the German Church expressing anxieties about the Synodale Weg (Synodal Path), embarked upon in 2019, ahead of the Church’s official synodal process, which began in 2021.
